Site Visit & Assessment

Visit the development site as agreed with you, for the purposes of: gathering information and collecting GPS data and images; BAL assessments; compliance assessments; and, attending client and design team site meetings. Please note: Site visits are charged as additional to the fees for other deliverables such as certificates and reports.

Single Dwelling Bushfire Assessment Report

Prepare Bushfire Assessment Report for the proposed development, to satisfy the reporting for the bushfire planning requirements in accordance with Div4.3 s4.14 of the Environmental planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW). This service includes pre-purchase Bushfire assessment Reports and exempt development reports to satisfy bushfire requirements under the NCC.

Bushfire Attack
Level Certificate

Prepare a BAL certificate confirming the development is not being carried out on land in bush fire attack level-40 (BAL-40) or the flame zone (BAL-FZ) in accordance with  s1.19A of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 (NSW).

Bushfire Protection Measures Compliance Statement

Prepare a Compliance Statement confirming the compliance status of the Bushfire Protection Measures outlined in the Conditions of Consent for the development or the requirements for exempt and Complying development in accordance with  s1.19A of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 (NSW), or similar, and the bushfire construction requirements of AS3959 or the NASH Standard. Also sometimes referred to as a compliance certificate.

Bushfire Assessment Report - Exempt and Complying Development - Single Dwelling

Prepare Bushfire Assessment Report and BAL certificate for the proposed development, to satisfy the reporting for the bushfire planning requirements in accordance with s1.19A and s3.4 of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 (NSW) and Planning for Bushfire Protection 2019.

Bushfire Assessment Report for a Dual occupancy or secondary dwelling

Prepare Bushfire Assessment Report for the proposed development, to satisfy the reporting for the bushfire planning requirements in accordance with Div4.3 S4.14 of the Environmental planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW). Multi-dwelling assessments >2 dwellings subject to additional fees per dwelling based on proposal.

Prepare Bushfire Assessment Report for the  proposed development, to satisfy the reporting for the   bushfire planning requirements in accordance with Div4.3 S4.14 of the Environmental planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW). Larger or more complex developments subject to additional fees based on proposal.

Prepare Bushfire Assessment Report for the proposed development, to satisfy the reporting for the bushfire planning requirements for approval from the NSW RFS in the form of a BFSA in accordance with the Environmental planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW) and s.100B Rural Fires Act 1997 (NSW).

Prepare Bushfire Assessment Report for the proposed development, to satisfy the reporting for the bushfire planning requirements for approval from the NSW RFS in the form of a BFSA in accordance with the Environmental planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW) and s.100B Rural Fires Act 1997 (NSW). Subdivisions larger than 2 lots subject to additional fees per allotment based on proposal.

Prepare Bushfire Assessment Report for the proposed development, to satisfy the reporting for the bushfire planning requirements for approval from the NSW RFS in the form of a BFSA in accordance with the Environmental planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW) and s.100B Rural Fires Act 1997 (NSW).  Larger or more complex projects subject to additional fees per allotment based on proposal.

Planning Proposal  - Strategic Bush Fire Study

Prepare a Strategic Bush Fire Study for the planning proposal e.g. change in zoning in accordance with the EP&A Act s.9.1(2). Direction 4.4 Planning for Bush Fire Protection and in accordance with Planning for Bushfire Protection 2019. Larger or more complex projects subject to additional fees per allotment based on proposal.
